The final episode of NCIS Season 21 will be airing soon. This season only consisted of 10 new episodes, making it shorter than previous seasons that have aired. Like many other productions, NCIS was impacted by the two Hollywood strikes. As a result, CBS had to cut the number of episodes down. That means the season finale is coming up soon. Here is everything that has been revealed about the finale, plus when you can watch it.

What To Expect In The Season Finale Of NCIS

CBS has released a full synopsis of the upcoming season finale for NCIS. The episode is called “Reef Madness.” Its synopsis says, “Parker and Knight discover three bodies on an old Navy ship that’s about to be sunk and turned into an artificial reef when they’re suddenly locked inside by a mysterious figure. Also, Vance offers Knight a unique opportunity.”

Additionally, it has been revealed that there will be a cliffhanger in relation to the future of one of the characters on the show. Many people have suggested that the cliffhanger may involve Agent Jessica Knight, who is played by Katrina Law. If her job moves her around, it could cause trouble in her relationship with Dr. Jimmy Palmer, played by Brian Dietzen.

Agent Knight might be taking on a new job that was brought up earlier in the season. Then she opened up to Dr. Palmer about her aspirations for her career. She’d like to eventually become NCIS Director. So, it is possible that the cliffhanger could be tied to current Director Vance, played by Rocky Carroll. It is possible that the Director could be stepping down.

At the same time, the synopsis hints at some action. Agent Alden Parker, played by Gary Cole, and Agent Knight are put in a dangerous situation during the finale. It’s possible that the cliffhanger may be in relation to them. Maybe they won’t get to safety before the season wraps up.

When Does The Last Episode Of Season 21 Air?

NCIS Season 21 ends on Monday, May 6 with the 10th and final episode. It joins a number of other CBS programs headed out for a long summer break. That means there are only two episodes left before fans are left waiting for Season 22.
